Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies only to purchases made through our official website: www.shop-arche.com.
Customers have up to 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, returned items must meet the following conditions:

Unused and unworn

In their original condition with all accessories and packaging intact

Accompanied by proof of purchase — including the receipt or shipping slip bearing the airway bill number and sales reference.
To start the return process, please complete the form at the bottom of this page. Detailed instructions will be sent once the form is submitted with all required information clearly stated. Returns without prior authorization through this form will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Once we have validated the returned goods at our designated warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment source inclusive of the original shipping cost. Products found to be damaged while in transit, or items that differ from the originally purchased product, will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Items purchased under promotions or special discounts will be refunded at the purchase value at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
